i would like to know
how can i say some very famous brazilians sayings in english
i know , maybe there`are no english sayings to express the main idea of them
but if there are
help me

tipo : joao acerta na mosca todas as perguntas

do dia pra noite

tipo : meu vizinho parou de me comprimentar do dia pra noite

As you said, there's no translation for the expressions you asked about.
Though, there are 2 expressions that are very close in meaning with those Brazilian ones:

"To hit the nail on the head"
Mike hit the nail on the head when he described her temper.

"Overnight"
She became rich overnight.

Just a tiny correction: you should've said "brazilian sayings" (the word "brazilian" here is used as an adjective, and adjectives don't have a plural form ).
Besides that, you written English is really good!

As expressões "Hit the bull's-eye" e "Hit the mark" também são utilizadas.
Mencionei apenas "Hit the nail on the head" porque é bem mais popular! =)

"Bull´s eye" tá mais relacionado com a parte física(dardos,tiro ao alvo).

Apesar de não podermos usar "to hit the nail on the head" no exemplo mencionado por você,podemos fazer assim:

1)João gets all the questions EXACTLY right.

2)My neighbour stopped greeting me FOR NO REASON.

what about the word OVERNIGHT in this sentence :
My neighbour stopped greeting me overnight
is it possible or only the expression FOR NO REASON ?????
