Olá a todos,

Tenho lido muito o livro do prof., onde ele aborda o sua das famosas combinações das palavras feitas em nossa linguagem...(também conhecidas como collocations).

Pois bem, um método interessante que eu tenho achado de aprender collocation é justamente através da Bíblia.

Gosto de muito de lê-la...e existe alguns sites que possibilitam vc procurar por palavras, termos e expressões...contidas nas passagens bíblicas.

Um destes sites é o: http://www.bibliaonline.net (a busca pode ser feita em vários idiomas e um deles é claro, o inglês).

O mais interessante é que ele mostra todas as passagens onde a palavra aparece e aí que vem a tacada de mestre:

Observe as combinações que são feitas com a palavra informada.

Veja um exemplo que eu fiz:

Pesquise pela palavra: manner ( maner = forma, estilo, maneira)

E obtive os seguintes resultados:

and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women
That be far from thee to do after this manner
On this manner shall ye speak unto Esau
After this manner did thy servant to me
after the former manner when thou wast his butler
there was of all manner of bakemeats for Pharaoh

Vou parar por aqui, pois a lista é imensa...observem bem as palavras que aparecem combinando a palavra informada: manner.

Pois bem, isso é só uma dica...
