Well, I know the difference between near and next , but I don't when use "close". Can somebody help me ?

Delvo,

"Close" é "near" podem ser usados em contextos parecidos no que diz respeito a "próximo/perto". O Longman online confirma isso.

a. She was sitting near the door.
b. She was sitting close to the door.

"Next" equivale a "próximo" e "next to" a "ao lado de".

a. I'll see you next week. [ Vejo você na próxima semana.]

b. The dog sat next to me. [O cachorro sentou-se ao meu lado.]
