You could just say "It's too hot here" or "It's too cold here".

You might have stated, "It's unbearably cold/hot here" if you couldn't withstand the heat (in some circumstances).

Could be:
Awfully cold. Awfully hot.

Também existem palavras que resumem a idéia...
Freezing = frio congelante
Scorching, boiling = very hot = muito frio

Note: dizer very remete a uma ordem de "grandeza" média/alta
Awfully cold = tem uma grandeza de alta a muito alta...
