Hi, there! I wonder how to say "c cedilha" or "ç" when spelling a name in English, like M-E-N-D-O-N-Ç-A.

"Cedilla" - tem cara de que vem do espanhol, né? Mas é assim mesmo que falam em inglês.

Cedilla = a mark under the letter ‘c’ in some languages, such as French and Portuguese, that shows that ‘c’ has the sound of the letter ‘s’, not ‘k’. It is written as ‘ç’.

em – i – en – di – ou – en – cedilla – ei
em – i – en – di – ou – en – ci-cedilla – ei (this is the best one, I think)
em – i – en – di – ou – en – ci-with-cedilla – ei
