-->Em geral pode-se dizer "very fashionable".

I think that -issimo means very much, to an extreme degree.

so, maybe you could say She was dressed to the nines.

If it's in a fashion environment you could use French adjectives, like:
* Femme fatale
* Très chic
* Très belle

and English ones, like:
* The next Marilyn Monroe;
* Vip;
* The next Kate Moss;
* Perfect match;
* Power dressing.
