Another is "brawn and brain":

Deixei a minha terra natal com a cara e a coragem

Com dinheiro emprestado pelas estradas de rodagem

Sem estudo e sem cultura em busca de futuro

Aqui vai a proposta de tradução:

I left my birthplace with the face of courage

with money lent by those along the roads

Without study and without culture

In search of future.

Ten syllabic beats in each of the first two lines, and 13 in the last, emphasizing the length of time "into the future."
