Qual é o certo a dizer:

Already that you have been on sick leave for some months is better you read a good book.
Já que você está de encostado/de molho por alguns meses é melhor você ler um bom livro.

Tá certo desse jeito?

Não está correto, Vitor. Sugiro a seguinte opção:

Já que você está de encostado/de molho por alguns meses é melhor você ler um bom livro.
Since you're going to be on sick leave for a few months, I think it's better to read a good book.

Since you're going to be out sick for a few months, it's best that you read a good book.

Why best? Why not better? I think the implication is that there are many possibilites and reading a good book is the best of all of them. It's a matter of personal taste.
