Have you ever heard the expression "I'll be there in two shakes of a lambs tail?"
It means I be there soon, but wait a minute (not immediately).
so, I guess it is the equivalent of "I'll be there in five minutes."

e uma tbm, em vez de usar in, usar within,

I'll be there within 5 minutes- estarei aí dentro de 5 minutos.

Você pode dar ênfase na sua frase by saying: I'll be right there in 5 minutes!!
