Em inglês, como quero me referir a uma pessoa genérica falo em John Doe, que seria o nosso Fulano. Mas quando eu quiser me referir a várias pessoas? Existe o equivalente a Beltrano e Sicrano na língua inglesa?

Fulano ou beltrano pode ser So-and-So.Para se referir a várias pessoas pode-se usar everyone.

A)So-and-so has a new car.(Fulano tem um carro novo.)
B)We argued with everyone.(Discutimos com fulano,beltrano e sicrano.)

You can also say "Tom, Dick and Harry." for "Fulano, Beltrano e Sicrano."

Tiago Tafari, o certo eh sicrano, mas pessoas que tem problemas para pronunciar R geralmente pronunciam com L.

Ha tambem os casos de pessoas que tem problemas pra pronunciar L e colocam R no lugar do L.

Meu amigo Gesse por exemplo ele nao consegue dizer planeta. ela fala sempre pRaneta. pRobrema.

(thingamy, U.S.) Aare you sure it is a US expression? In http://www.wordnik.com/words/thingamy the examples look British to me ('Mum' is British. We say 'Mom' in America).

thingmabob is also used for things not people.
