I'm not sure, but it's probably "I'm in my period," or, certainly, "I'm having my period."

Men can say too

"I'm having one of those days [when things don't go well, etc.]," but probably with less justification than women.

Whole groups of people can also be so affected:

The Republican Party (the Obama-haters) are having lots of "hissy fits" these days.
