Points, spots, landmarks, attractions, destinations are all good words that one hears frequently.

Ainda lembrando que há o verbo to sight: Fazer turismo, passear por lugares turísticos.

*to go sightseeing: visitar atrações turísticas.
*sightseeing (substantivo): passeio, tipo de excursão, visita.
