Como eu digo "Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso" em inglês?

Hey Heloisa!

They usually call it "Final Paper" but that would probably change from place to place...

There is also the "final examination (or final). It is a test given to students more traditionally at the end of a complete degree course.

UK - finals
Australia - exam week / exams
USA - finals / finals period

And there's the "take-home finals". It is an examination that the student typically has a week or two to complete it. It differs from a "final paper", though.
