Não. Sugiro: "I wish to watch this anime" ou, mais informalmente, "I want to watch..."

Está incorreto. Neste você pode optar por escrever:
  • "I want to watch this anime". (Eu quero assistir esse anime).
  • "I would like to watch this anime". (Eu gostaria de assistir esse anime).
Entretanto, se você quiser manter o "wish" na frase. Você pode estruturá-la da seguinte forma:
  • "I wish to watch this anime". (Eu queria assistir este anime).

I crave for watching this anime. (same situation, perhaps you are saying that with a pleading note, chances are...)

I always dreamed of watching this anime, and it come true! (you have watched the anime, or have just watched it.)
