Por que é aren't I? na 3, se are é usado apenas na 2 pessoa singular e todas do plural????

Water Fox,

"Aren't I?" é uma das exceções das 'tag questions'. Não se costuma dizer "amn't I?", então, se diz: "aren't I?".

Neste caso, seria possivel tambem usar "am I not?" ou assim nao seria correto?

Sim, é correto.

The expression "aren’t I" is often used in place of "am I not", particularly in conversational speech.
