Por favor, como ficam as frases abaixo na voz passiva.
-The official EU language spoken in the country is German. (está correto:German is the official language spoken in the country.)
-The Germany gave an important contribuition to European classical music. (An important contribuition was given by Germany to European classical music.)
-Various migratory birds cross Germany in spring and autumn. (In spring and autumn Germany is crossed by various migratory birds.)

Os seus exemplos estão todos corretos.
Como disse o Donay, naquele segundo caso, na voz ativa, não se utilisa o artigo inicial:

Sorry, Donay, but the article "the" before "European" doesn't work unless you reverse the order to "the classical music of Europe."
