Q. “Does anyone need to remind you of important things?”
--> “Yes, someone/somebody does.”
--> “No, anyone/anybody does.” (or doesn't?)
Q. “Does someone comfort you when you are down the dumps?”
--> “Yes, someone/somebody does.”
--> “No, anyone/anybody doesn't.” (or does?)
What are the proper ways to answer these questions, and (if possible) why?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Fernando,
Depende muito do que se quer responder, há inúmeras possibilidades, veja algumas:
“Does anyone need to remind you of important things?”
-->No, they don't.
-->Yes, they do.
Ainda: No, nobody has to remind me of anything.
“Does someone comfort you when you are down in the dumps?”
--> Yes, they do.
-->No, they don't.
Ainda: Yes, a friend of mine.
Boa sorte!
