Correspondence clerk (US) -- Having no official equivalency in Brazil, a correspondence clerk usu. prepares documents and correspondence such as damage claims, credit and billing inquiries, invoices, and service complaints and other clerical work culminating in routing correspondence to other departments for reply .
Correspondente, maybe.
File clerk (US), filing clerk (UK, possible) -- I used to work as one. Primarly a file clerk sticks a lot of paper documents into a folder but keeps records of materials filed or removed, using logbooks or computers.
Arquivista, maybe.
