Oi meus anjos, boa noite. Seria: The baby already born?

Also...
Has your little bundle of joy arrived yet?
bundle of joy = colloquial, common, affectionate way of saying "baby"

Some other ways:
Has it (the baby) arrived yet?
Is the baby born now (yet)?
The preference is for "the baby was born..." as opposed to "the baby has been born..."

Luiz,
A estrutura "has the baby already been born?"

"Nascer" em inglês (eu nasci, ele nasceu) toma a forma passiva (to be born = I was born; he was born).
Existe uma variação em que se emprega "he had been born..." quando se quer falar, por exemplo, não do nascimento próprio, mas das condições ou lugar em que alguém nasceu: "he had been born in extreme poverty"; ou:
"if he had been born a wild rabbit" (uma suposição)
"if he had been born outside the US" (outra)
"Mr. Puello said that he had been born in Yonkers, N.Y., and that his mother was Dominican. He said that his full name was Jorge Puello and that he had no other names. But then in a subsequent interview he said his name was Jorge Aaron Bentath Puello. He said he was born in October 1976, and not in October 1977, which the police report indicates is the birth date of the suspect in the Salvadoran case." (O jornalista optou por "he said he had been born in Yonkers", mas, mais abaixo no texto, retorna a "he said he was born in October 1976" -- seguindo o princípio de lugar para um, data para o outro.)
São 19 ocorrências de "he had been born" em um ano no NYTimes. Acho que todos seguem esse padrão.
