Sempre vejo pessoas escrevendo "is" sem o "it", por exemplo: Is true. Mas isso é errado. Em inglês, não se pode usar frases sem o sujeito, a não ser que tenha um substantivo no início. Então, o certo é "It's true". Não esqueça: It's true.
