Existe em inglês esta oposição que existe no português? Por exemplo: está certo dizer "He gave me a cookie to me eat"? Ou o certo seria "He gave a cookie for I eat"?

Felizmente no inglês isso é mais fácil, não há tal diferença, portanto eu escreveria assim sua frase:

"He gave (me) a cookie for me to eat."

Note que o verbo fica no infinitivo (sem conjugar) to eat.

After PREPOSITIONS or VERBS, we use an OBJECT PRONOUN( me, you, him, her, it, us, you or them). We can't use personal pronouns( I, you, he, she ,it, we ,you or they) because they are used before verbs.
Eg. I'll buy a house for him.
She made a salad for me to eat.
