Are there differnce in meaning of these sentence?

O correto é Did Mark phone? (Did -> verbo no infinitivo)
Tirando o "d", ambas possíveis e corretas.

I've given your old radio to Philip.
I gave your old radio to Philip.

A segunda me parece melhor, uma vez que o rádio foi dado, e ponto final (a ação não sugere continuidade). Mas existe a possibilidade de ter acabado de acontecer, então: "I've (just) given your old radio to Philip". --> ou seja, tb correta.

None of those sentences are wrong.

An American is more likely to ask "Did Mark phone?", whereas an English is more likely to say "Has Mark phoned?".
