Hi folks,
I have been studying English for a lot of time. I consider myself as “almost fluent”.
The problem is: I’m a very good listener (I went at a Congress of an American writer of a best-seller and I understood 95% of all he said, before the interpreter translates it), but I’m slow to talk. I can “think” in English, but I can’t build complex phrases quickly.
My last study of English where with a British teacher, a woman that helps me a lot with pronounce, but the classes became very expensive and I gave up.
I was thinking buy recommended books of EE ("Como não aprender inglês" and “como dizer tudo em ingles”) but maybe these books aren’t recommended to my level. What do you think, folks?
I have been practicing my listening a lot. I’m watching DVDs, series, TV, radios, and that’s really good.
Finally, I feel I need to practice conversation but I don’t have anyone to.
Can you help me with this!
Thanks a lot to all the team of English Experts!
See ya!
