A seguinte esta certo?

Quero te dizer quanto que adorei seu restaurante! Minha namorada e eu fomos ai passado dezembro. Vocês foram tão gentis para nos. Digo todo mundo sobre a seu restaurante!

Donay’s suggestion is perfect but I just wanted to confirm what you intended to say in your last sentence. You just speak about the restaurant to everyone or you recommend the restaurant to everyone?

Thank you so much. Conosco was my first thought but because I still write as though I were writing in English, para nos (nice to us rather than nice with us) sounded better, which to native speakers of portuguese probably sounds ridiculous.

I think I read that the verb falar is more widely used in Brazil and dizer more so in Portugal (of course depending on context). Thanks for correcting gostaria de (this was actually just a typo on my part). One thing though I do not understand is why would I not say "gostei muito do seu restaurante" em vez de apenas "gostei do restaurante"? If I want to say I really liked your restaurant, wouldn't I need to insert "seu"?

And actually I tell my friends about the restaurant which to me is somewhat synonymous with recommending the restaurant.

So for those of you whom live in São Paulo, the restaurant is Cantina do Piero on Rua Haddock Lobo in the Jardins area. My girlfriend had a terrible headache and we had no aspirin. One of the waiters must have noticed or overheard us talking about it. Much to my astonishment about 10 minutes later one of the waiters brought her some aspirin. He had actually left the restaurant and gone to the store and bought her a little package of aspirin. I highly doubt that any restaurant in Dallas would do that!

One thing though I do not understand is why would I not say "gostei muito do seu restaurante" em vez de apenas "gostei do restaurante"? If I want to say I really liked your restaurant, wouldn't I need to insert "seu"?

Você pode dizer:

Gostei muito do seu restaurante. (forma mais familiar, mais específica) => Forma que eu recomendo.
Gostei muito do restaurante. (forma menos familiar do que a anterior, mais geral)
Gostei do seu restaurante. (forma familiar, porém menos enfática do que "gostei muito")
Gostei do restaurante. (forma menos familiar de todas, menos enfática e polite)

We are slated to visit this certain part of Europe on May and I just can't wait to get there, though most of my concerns lean toward language barrier that I am surely going to experience evidently once we get there.

I think that this forum and some Portuguese for dummies will be of great help, though it would still be a tough call to communicate with the people over there.
