Thanks to everyone.

Mayronpicolo, sua explicação é muito boa. Resolveu minha dúvida
Aeduardo, neste tópico, fala do presente do subjuntivo, não do futuro.
Lorenabrand, é igual para todas as formas verbais no presente do subjuntivo (não no futuro do subjuntivo), exemplo: That I go, That you go, That he go...
Thanks for help, folks!

Gostei do post, só tenho uma dúvida... Alguém pode me ajudar?
< O Início com certeza fica "When you see him..." Mas e depois?
Outro exemplo.
Se você for encontre o carro vermelho lá. < O Início é "If you go..."

"If you do this, do that".
"When you see him, tell him I'm out of town".
"If you go, try and find the red car".

In addition to the above said, if you want to give your sentence a polite ring, you would use something like:
"When you see him, please tell him I'm out of town".
"If you go, try and find the red car, please".
"If you go, try and find the red car, please".
"Could you tell him I am out town, when you see him?"
Of course if you are the boss, no problem. But if you are talking to your boss or someone of higher social rank, would be good to recall that softening sentences is to:
Explain that using “could” instead of “can” does make a request more polite, but that there are phrases we use to be less direct and more polite when we make requests. Explain that we mostly use these phrases in the following situations:
When the person we are making the request to does not have an obligation to say yes.
When we are making a big request.
When we are making a request to someone who is at a higher level within the company.
I would add one more, if you are talking to a stranger or someone that you just have met (so, it´s not of your acquaintance).

My contribution here is just one aside, the above topics were enough to answer the question about subjunctive, by the way, already spotlessly answered.

If you go, find the red car there.
