Eu acho que não temos uma expressão "gíria" com o mesmo significado.

Podemos utilizar: everybody knows, everyone knows.

You can tell that he is... (In this context, "to tell" is not "contar, falar, etc." but "saber" or, to be more specific "to discern")

Uma das maneiras de dizer "tá na cara":

It's pretty telling

Ex: it's pretty telling that things won't get any better.

Tá na cara que as coisas não irão melhorar nem um pouco.

"You can tell she's gay." Is best option. It's of the same register.

"It's obvious...", could also work, but could sound more derogatory... Depending.

"It's evident..." is WAY too formal.
