Mais algumas formas de dizer isso:

It's not without reason that...
It is not by chance that...
Eu posso dizer assim?

Not for nothing is he has all of those people here support him. (Não é a toa que ele tem todas estas pessoas aqui torcendo por ele).

A) All those people here supporting him/aiding him/helping him aren´t there for nothing.
B) All that staff (and advisers/employees etc) aren´t there for nothing, they are there to support him.

In a) it slighty suggests that they are out ther for him, he is a nice guy.
In b) it´s clear that they are paid for it, or that those people were assigned to do things to him. Or that it comes with his job description. Say, it´s his privilege, he studied and worked to get to that position (e.g. President, CEO etc), so it comes with the job title, sorta.
