Hi there!
I always thought it was wrong to say "two times". But then I just saw it at Yahoo!: "The two-time Oscar nominee stated this on the red carpet...". Now I'm confused. When do we use one and the other?

I confess I had to check it out in the dictionary.
The word twice has two meanings:
1. two times: I've already seen the show twice.
2. double in quantity, rate, etc:
She does twice as much work as her brother.
He's twice her age.
