"para Eu" x "para Mim" em inglês

Felizmente no inglês isso é mais fácil, não há tal diferença, portanto eu escreveria assim sua frase:

"He gave (me) a cookie for me to eat."

Note que o verbo fica no infinitivo (sem conjugar) to eat.

After PREPOSITIONS or VERBS, we use an OBJECT PRONOUN( me, you, him, her, it, us, you or them). We can't use personal pronouns( I, you, he, she ,it, we, you or they) because they are used before verbs.

Eg. I'll buy a house for him. / She made a salad for me to eat.

And after the object pronouns? Should I always use a verb in the infinitive with the particle "to"?

For example:

bla bla bla.... me TO EAT this egg.
bla bla bla.... me TO SEE her.
bla bla bla.... us TO CATCH him.
bla bla bla.... her TO KISS me.
