Most are British by Nature, look at the names! Cambridge, Oxford...
As for the grammar, you can stick to British Council and BBC sites and learning materials.

For listening (radio) and watching TV, you can use those broadcastings of BBC as well.
You can reinforce it by reading news itens on The Guardian, The Independent. And The Sun, a bit of yellow press here, so it goes with some exaggeration, and some hasty not well researched news as per tabloids´standards.

Parece-me que o melhor dicionário em inglês, em três volumes, é o OED (Oxford English Dictionary), mas custa os olhos da cara.
