There are plenty of fish in the sea.
(Há bastante peixe no mar.)

plenty of = bastante, muito, uma grande quantidade.

A lot of" x "Plenty of": Qual a diferença

:D

- After Mary broke up I told her not to worry, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Hi, there! I found out two sentences similar to "there are plenty of fish in the sea" in Portuguese. They could be "atrás de um ônibus vem outro" and "a fila anda". The last one is the most known.
I hope it helps you.

There was an old expression as well: "homem/mulher é como biscoito, vai um e vem dezoito." Of course, it can be an oversimplification in some cases, but it´s used (or was).
