Como dizer "Brochar, brochante" em inglês

Brochar segundo dicionário é:

Diz-se de homem que não consegue ter ereção;

http://aulete.uol.com.br/brocha

Some suggestions:

Women say they are turned off by men who wear fanny packs.

As mulheres dizem que fazem elas brocharem no sexo.

Women say what turns them off in bed.

Every man has lost it at some time in life.

Cara eu tenho uma emprego brochante.

Dude, I have a lame (?) job. (I’m not sure of the context but I suggest lame since it goes along with the limp association. You could use the expression “dead end” if you want to suggest that the job has no future. Or if the speaker wants to say his job is awful, then “my job sucks” works colloquially although it’s mildly offensive so you wouldn’t use it in polite company)

Men say what turns them off in bed. (Is there a way to turn men off? Ha, ha, ha!) or, Men say what’s a turn off in bed.

Mulheres brocham com homens gordos e barrigudos.

Women are turned off by fat guys and guys with beer bellies.

Basically something that disgusts you, find embarrassing or unappealing (mostly) about the opposite sex.
Urban Dictionary.

I can't tell you how many people say they were turned off from science because of a science teacher that completely sucked out all the inspiration and enthusiasm they had for the course.
Neil deGrasse Tyson

In the last presidential election voters said they were turned off by leaders who waffled.

http://www.wapt.com/politics/cochran-fi ... 56#!btMeju

Over the past few months, Mississippi residents were forced to endure a barrage of negative ads, most of which were produced by outside political groups. Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann said Monday that he feared the attack ads would lead to low voter turnout for Tuesday's primary election. While that's yet to be seen, some voters told 16 WAPT News that they were turned off by the commercials.

"I think they're counterproductive," said Rankin County voter Ella Shirley. "I think America's better than that."
PPaulo então meus exemplos estão certos?
Pelo que vejo é melhor usar o by do que o for com turn off ou turn om.

Hi Vitor.
It depens on context. Using "by" and "because" as in my above examples slightly suggests an external source of that turn off, and that it could be changed (say, hiring or training teachers more so they would turn their classes more interesting and pratical). The focus of the disincentive is put on the science teacher and then on the leaders (in the next citation.)

When you say "Bad grammar and punctuation in a site turns you off ?" or "Bad grammar and punctuation is a complete turn-off for me." In the former, ''turn-off" slightly implies that it may or may not be changed (a fact of life, this happens...but it can be annoying just the same). On the latter it´s an opinion given by me.
In most cases, I think, there is an overlap of preposition and sense, so it´s nothing to sweat about. The rest comes with time and experience.
Well, if in doubt, you always can use Google, English Experts and a spell checker, just in case. ;)

The above impressions are of mine (a layman), so others can refine the answer, or even disagree with it. Let´s wait for more. ;)
