Não conheço a letra, e não posso vê-la do serviço, mas usando somente o mencionado creio que podemos traduzir como:
"Ei irmã, saiba que ter amigos é bom, mas a família é o que importa" ou "Ei irmã, saiba que ter amizades é bom, mas lembre-se que a família é mais importante".

Qualquer equivoco me corrija.
