Please, como dizer "onde passa um boi, passa uma boiada" em Inglês?

Geralmente usamos essa expressão para dizermos que se deixarmos uma determinada situação acontecer uma vez, possivelmente ela acontecerá várias outras vezes mais. Ex.: Eles estão resistindo, mas se o time deles levar um gol, aí já era, vão levar mais uns 3 ou 4! Por onde passa um boi, passa uma boiada!
