"Should" em frases com indicação de futuro sempre me dá um nó na cabeça. Mas, enfim, a frase está correta?

"Should" neste caso indica possibilidade,expectativa.Veja:

They should be here any minute/moment now.(Eles devem chegar a qualquer momento.)

Quanto a "They should be here in a few seconds" não vejo problemas,apesar de me parecer um tanto incomum.
