Música: Ain't it fun? Significado de Ring anybody's bell

Conferindo umas músicas do Paramore, especificamente a música "Ain't it fun", me deparei com a expressão meio estranha que é: you could ring anybody's bell to get what you want.

Hi !

Eu voltei a usar a plataforma hoje.

To ring a bell would mean satisfy or attract one´s attention, so I think the second would fit Thiago´s explanation.
Perhaps it was someone that would be convincing and confident to the point of getting what he/she want, or manipulative, fact is, they 'would get the attention' they wanted, and that attention could be in terms of getting collaboration, getting their project done, etc.
It worth pointing out that the usual way this expression works is about satisfying people or being somehow attractive, interesting or both.
