Correção de frase: What subject do you have more difficulty?

Hi Guys,

Eu quero saber se a frase "What subject do you have more difficulty?" está correta?
Eu quero dizer com esta frase é "Qual é a matéria/disciplina você tem mais dificuldade?"

A) In my opinion the hardest one is Engineering and technology/Physical Sciences/Computer Sciences (pick whatever you think it´s the hardest).

A)To me it´s Calculus.
