I think it is because it would be in the Past tense if we used 'done' after 'have'. Since the phrase begins in the Future tense, it must there be a noun after 'have', not another verbal form.
"C" would be incorrect, because you would be mixing up too completely different tenses. You are talking about something that will happen if you do something. For this reason, "A" is the correct option.
