"Regulations of the SUS" ou "SUS regulations"?

Entendidos de plantão,

Preciso de ajuda para entender melhor um tópico que sempre me pareceu meio nebuloso.

Por exemplo, tenho aqui um texto que diz: "Always following the regulations of the SUS, (...)". Se estivesse escrito "SUS regulations", estaria errado?

Quando usar uma forma ou outra?

Obrigado de antemão. :)

Possessive Noun.

THE SUS´S REGULATIONS não estaria errado, definitivamente! Apenas soaria mais informal, natural e usual. Contudo, a escrita apresentada: THE REGULATIONS OF THE SUS está correta, embora seja mais usual na escrita formal.

Note:
The FBI´s regulations = The regulations of the FBI

I have a feeling that it ending in "s" (but perhaps it's not only that) it could dispense with the apostrophe in this case. Thus, "SUS regulation" would do.

Ref. amazon
IRS regulations require non-U.S. Taxpayers to provide Form W-8BEN to Amazon in order to be exempt from U.S. Tax reporting requirements.

But then, it's me. Don't know if others will agree.
Anyway, if the apostrophe is to remain, it would be "SUS's regulation" the "s" (apostrophe) would be small "s" (notice that FBI's is right there.)

A esse propósito, aliás, alguém poderia me indicar o link de uma definição formal desse tópico que eu possa estudar?

Obrigado,
