Hi there!
Sugestão:
"I Arched my eyebrows, but kept a polite attitude towards the customer."
Cheers!

I knitted my eyebrows...
I knitted my eyebrows...
redseahorse, may I use
I arched my eyebrows but (immediately) returned to my manners/(polite) posture with the client. I'm not quite sure, but I gues there's a slighty difference betweetn knitted and arched eyebrows, although I think that knitted eyebrows seem to be the right one. I also saw this: She half-arched her eyebrows, it would be correct, wouldn't it? (arch=curvar whereas knitted = franzir)
