Let it go x Shake it off
Pelo que eu vi essas duas palavras tem o mesmo significado, queria saber se posso optar por qualquer uma delas ou existem restrições.

Brota, se vc usar o LET IT GO para o sentido de DEIXAR QUIETO e SHAKE IT OFF para SE LIVRAR, tá tranquilão!
Complemento:
Para mim, "let it go" e "shake it off" podem ser usadas da mesma forma em contextos onde o sentido é "deixar pra lá", "não ligar", "esquecer". Por exemplo: you have to shake it off, you have to let (it) go.
Shake it off: To forget about someone or something, to let go, to get over it, to move on. [Urbandictionary]
Uma diferença é que "let (it) go" é bem mais comum, a meu ver. Na dúvida, faça uso de "let (it) go."
Bons estudos. Compartilhe.

Hi,
I'd say shake it off as phrasal verb is more informal than Let it go.
The latter is just polite imperative.
Cheers!
