Pessoal, bom dia!
Tenho tido dificuldade em alguns testes que contém esse tipo de questão:

Despite the growing awareness(A) in the UK of the problems caused by(B) the indiscriminate use of plastic bags, there have been no broad(C) actions against the litter problem; however, most stores now allow customers return(D) the bags for recycling.
A, B, C ou D?
Qual vocês consideram que é a resposta certa e porque? E como vocês acham que devo me preparar para este tipo de questão? Considero meu inglês de conversação bom, mas fui muito mal no teste que tinha apenas esse estilo de questão, pois há muita gramática! O que vocês me aconselham?
