Como dizer "tem como não amar ela" em inglês

Of the ones above, I like those of those two the most:
Is it possible not to love her?
Could you possibly not love her?

The second could also be changed, without loss of meaning:
Could one/somebody possibly not love her?

One more to the repertoire (even though, used in a a slightly different sense/context.)

How could someone possibly not love her?
(suggest surprise, or even disagreement; after knowing or being told that someone else don´t love her.)


And last but not least: in Portuguese, many would prefer the "tem como não amá-la?", of course "...não amar ela?" is understood these days, anyway I think you would like to know that information. That´s more, it is another possibility to the learner when writing/using Portuguese.
