"Thank you but I really don't care about that." (a little harsh)
"Thank you, but I am afraid it's not of your concern." (kind of polite and formal)

Note: The last sentence can be translated into Portuguese: Obrigado mas receio que não seja de sua conta, algo que você possa resolver por mim.
O uso the "mind you own business " ou "it is none of your business" também têm o mesmo significado "não é da sua conta", talvez um tanto quanto mais rude.

It may be polite -depending on tone of voice, body language etc, but it may not be so.

Maybe in English what is closest in sense to it, is just like per Telma above comment.
The two sentences of her would do nicely (and concisely).
And thanks sharing your inventive way of saying that in Portuguese, yes in Portuguese I could say that too in a conversation (or when communicating with others in general).
