Could be literal

High and low
U.S. Dollar has seen its annual high or low in January in 20 of past 21 years

Or

Rise and Fall can be useful to. In finance I should say they are pretty common. ;)

Cheers!

The Dollar won´t feel any impact (won´t be weaker or stronger) regardless of the survey outcome/result.

But, given the latest developments in the world´s economy and politics, perhaps what you meant was:

The dollar won´t feel any impact (won´t be weaker or stronger) regardless of the referendum outcome/result. OR
The referendum outcome won´t have little relative impact in the value of the dollar.
The experts don´t expect any raise or decline of the dollar with the referendum outcome.

In slangy way (kinda The Sun journalese lingo):
The greenbacks aren´t expected to tumble with Britain votes to leave the EU.

Not an "enquete", though.
