What r u doin /O q vc fará? - I'm calling up /estava ligando
Por ex: Na frase "What are you doing tonight"
E TAMBEM..

Depending on context "what are you doing?" means something that you plan to do, or how are you going to react to something (what is going to be your reaction?).
In this case "tonight" in the sentence, suggests precisely that (o que você vai fazer hoje?); "tonight" is the key.
I am answering your question just by what your question has hinted, didn´t play the clips. Anyway I think it´s that that you are wishing to know.
Anyway, others may expand the answer. See you again, "night.

In English language, It's very common people say "I'm playing tomorrow"(I'll play tomorrow)
-will you call me up today?
-No, Sorry. But I calling you up tomorrow (But I'll call you tomorrow)
-will you call me up today?
-No, Sorry. But I calling you up tomorrow (But I'll call you tomorrow)
Awesome !
But is it an informal way to do that or can I wrote it in a writing normally?

You have to take in account your audience, are you shooting an email to a friend?
If your friend likes colloquial/informal ways and communicates this way, right then.
Other than that, no.
Notice that the subtitles are not in overly informal ways. They are intended to a commercial audience (the buyers) so a demanding one. He who pays (the piper) call the tunes.

It can be used in conversation at the workplace. It`s not slang.

No. You couldn´t, in academical texts, essays, cronicles, precis, or anything that you want to submit to a teacher or a committee of examination (TOEFL, for instance).
But here, among friends you would be understood. For example, I would understand you, provided that you made me know what the tone/the "mood" of your writing. As Higor has pointed out, in everyday communication wouldn´t be a problem.
