Indico o vídeo abaixo, tremendamente inspirador, da novelista nigeriana Chimamanda Adichie. Se chama "The Danger of a Single Story", e talvez já entendam o tema do vídeo pelo título.
Para quem não sabe, o inglês é língua oficial da Nigéria
O vídeo vale muito a pena tanto por treinar o listening, já que ela fala de forma muito clara, quanto por abrir a mente para o belo discurso da escritora.

Very easy (although sometimes I couldn´t fully follow her, but then I am a basic learner), I could get 80% or 90% of it anyway. Then I used the subtitles.
Very good diction, very good recording and image with superb resolution (as always with TED videos), not to mention the topic.
