Sobre como fazer perguntas
Sei que se usa o verbo be, o auxiliar do (does e did) e os what, when, who, where, why, which, to e o how para fazer perguntas.
No caso escrever ou falar assim estaria errado: Let's get some ice cream?
Sempre se usa as palavras acima para fazer perguntas? Ou existem outras formas?
Obrigado.

(vamos comer pizza?), “shall we study together?” (vamos estudar juntos?) ou “shall we stop?” (vamos parar?).
Bons estudos.

Let´s (aqui -vamos) split your question into two parts:
1)
Auxiliar verbs are one of the first topics when learning English, that´s why we see them more often than not.
But there are other ways to make questions:

2) There are a topic that deals with requests/permission/offerings etc (modal verbs).
In this topic "let´s" can be used to suggest or invite someone to do something. (in a more informal way)
