Opção:

Para dizer "noitada" em inglês, sugiro o uso da expressão "night on the town", cujas definições em inglês, de acordo com o Cambridge Dictionary e o Urbandictionary, são as seguintes: an evening when you go to various places and enjoy entertainment such as dancing, eating in a restaurant, or drinking in a bar ; a night out with friends, usually including dancing and drinking.

Exemplo:

I invited my friends for a big night on the town.
Eu convidei meus amigos para uma grande noitada.

Exemplo da pergunta:

Na minha juventude eu adorava uma noitada.
I loved a night on the town when I was young.

Bons estudos. Compartilhe.
E como diria Dexter Morgan... Tonight is the night!
I understand the expression " to spend the night ou" but to say that "he likes to party all night long" sounds more wild. Drinking, dancing and dating until dawn.
