- Kristen Stewart is such a great actress. Said no one ever! [Kristen Stewart é uma ótima atriz. Só que não!]
- Brazil has only honest politicians! Said no one ever! [O Brasil só tem políticos honestos! Só que não!]
ENTENDENDO AS HORAS EM INGLÊS
Up in the boondocks where I live I have never heard of (or never used in that particular context) "só que não".
Does a simple "but come to think of it" suggestively serve for "Qual nada", "que nada" etc?
Here you have this beatiful blue sky, this wonderfully crowded beach... but come to think of it, it rained all day.

Errata:
"... serve" should read "... work".
"... serve" should read "... work".
Except that (it´s) not/except that not... Works in some cases:

In other cases "except that is not true"...etc.

“Friendships, expectations, bullying, negativity, social media. These are problems that we go through every day...as “just a part of normal teenage life” and that “we just have to get over it” – except that’s not true – there IS a better way of living and we don’t have to put up with these negative issues.”

One more way, according with inglesnapontada lingua to mean that is:
Said no one ever.

Oh! I loved your haircut. Said no one ever. [In a loose translation "ninguém disse isso! " also meaning "ninguém vai dizer isso!" ]

Other example, slightly different with the verb "do" (in this case "didn´t"):
So what he was supposed to do? He was the operations chief. It was his job to know. Except he didn´t.
( Então, o que era pra ele fazer? ele era o Diretor de Operações (o comandante), o seu trabalho era saber. Só que não!
[querendo dizer: só que ele não sabia. ]
